9530 Blackberry Storm Review Cont’d – 2009

Well, the phone is actually doing very well. There are some application improvements that should be made. Such as the Calendar Appointment date function. Which I have blogged about already.

Other than Verizon coverage issues, I could survive. But today I realized something I really use and miss from a a standard Blackberry Keyboard. Keyboard Shortcut Commands. Things like just hitting a key to go to the next unread e-mail. Or being able to use the Alt Key to highlight and copy text.

Doing everything on a touch screen is a challenge. It isn’t really necessary either. Just for the sake of touching or being the latest vs, business productivity, I had to choose to go back to a standard blackberry keyboard.
